I have collected experimental observations at irregular intervals over a period of time and would like my boxplot to have a linear time axis however the boxplot displays my results as 12 equally spaced boxplots.
But the width of the box isnt the same anymore. The xt and yt variables get the x-tick and y-tick values and are then used to do the sigline and asterisk calculations on. Thanks for your help. Active 6 years 4 months ago.
